Piment de Papy is a handcrafted, (medium) spicy pesto that enhances a wide variety of dishes. Whether it's pasta, rice, salads, fish, red meat, or simply spread on bread, Piment de Papy goes beyond the traditional options like mayonnaise, aioli, tomato, or barbecue sauce.

With Piment de Papy, every dish has the potential to become something extraordinary.

Made from organic ingredients sourced in the region of Valencia, Spain, Piment de Papy is rich in antioxidants (chili, olive oil), anti-inflammatory properties (curry, particularly turmeric), and antiseptic benefits (garlic).

The spiciness can easily be adjusted to your desire by adding more olive oil or even yogurt for a milder taste.

Introducing our Red Chili Pesto

A flavorful blend designed to ignite your palate and awaken your senses, This pesto is crafted from vibrant red chili peppers from Valencia, delivering a gentle kick of heat, perfectly balanced by the smooth richness of extra virgin olive oil.

During one of his voyages...

Journeying across seas and continents from his earliest years in the 1920s—England, France, Spain, Switzerland, the Seychelles, India, Madagascar, Tanzania—he explored many lands, gathering flavors as diverse as they were complementary.

It was during one of his voyages to India that he began to enhance every meal with a delectable, subtly spiced red sauce. He experimented with countless recipes, and in true old-fashioned style, he eventually discovered the one that endured. Sharing it with family and friends soon became a cherished ritual, filled with flavor and warmth.

Grandpa and his sauce became inseparable. Indeed, the more one tasted it, the more one longed for it.

Today, we are delighted to offer this special sauce to those seeking a new culinary and temporal adventure.
